The heartbeat history page will show you the following information:
| • | Date / Time: The date and time of the status change |
| • | Type: The monitored service whose status changed (Ping, Agent or TCP) |
| • | Old Status: The old status of the monitored service |
| • | New Status: The new (current) status of the monitored service |
| • | Description: The reason for the status change. This field is empty when the status change was positive. |
