Remote Administration and Installation

EventSentry can be installed and administered from one central location in your network.

To administer EventSentry, simply right-click the root computer item (identified by the local computer name) and select Connect from the menu. Then type in the computer name of the remote host and click on connect. You can perform normal administration tasks (like changing or adding filters) through the GUI.

You can also install and/or configure EventSentry on multiple machines, which can save you time and prevent possible typing mistakes, through the remote update feature.

The Remote Update Import Wizard allows you to import computer objects from a file, the network neighborhood or Active Directory.
